  1. Nowadays is very important to know how to be healthy in order to avoid obesity, because of the modern life people often buy junk food and never have time to do exercise.Junk food is usually more delicious than fruit or vegetables for this reason there are lots of fat people in the world

  2. I agree with Anonymous. I think it is very important to have a good diet and do exercise. But sometimes it's not possible. I try to eat healthy food but because of the time I can't. But I do exercise at least 3 times a week and I'm in good shape. Do exercise!

  3. Yes ,I think that is very important to eat healthy food!!!! and I agree with you. You can´t do it because we didn´t have a lot of time , sometimes we only eat junk food like a snack!!!
    However the best thing is to do exercise !!! You can do it for 30 minutes and that´s will be cool!!!

  4. i think is to really eat healthy is a problem even for the doctors because the customs and the styles of life us force to the sedentarism and the fast food,pizza, and all that. People are eating less fruit and vegetables. all can be better if to include in our habits recommendations of the doctor.

  5. eating well and making excercise, both are very important if you want to have a healthy life, but it is a fact that in our ways of life you just can't have them, that's why the rates of obessity and diabetes are increasing.
    I think that is urgent to do something and try to get at least one meal healthy, which has to include vegetables and fruits, and try to forget about fatty food, we also must try to leave that couch potato inside of us and get some excercise, maybe just go for a walk, but that'll be a begining, and that's something!!!

    Is very important to eat healty food because many people are overweight arraound the world obesity is in children and people who live in the city because they eat jus fast food and exercise is just for people with money so children spend more time paying videogames or watching cartoons, like a coachpatote today our grandmothers belives that being skinny is bad for this reasons is important that we eat healty food

    to mantein good levels of glucemia during the excercise. The percentage recommended is 40%carbohydrates and 30% proteins. despite of many investigations about this topic there are still considerable controversy.

  9. I think that the exercise is efective always not only for obese people. Always we can get effects if we have a good diet,for every type of exercise need different nutritional requirement, every time that we does exercise we need ate for your body give you thanks for take care yourself.

    I think it's very important do exercise and eat healthy food, becuase the population had many problems of obesity that cause heart disease, diabetes and so on. Is very important to drink 2 liters of water daily and do exercise for an hour. Every time we eat healthy after and before doing excercise, becuase the body has lost a lot of energy and needs to compensate also exercise gives you more energy and can help reduce stress. It is also a good way to curb your appetite and burn calories.

    Is important healthy eating and also is very important know how to eat, because many people don't have information about an adequate feeding. I think the exercise and a healthy eating is the basis of physical well-being.

    Eating well it’s too important for all people... for example, here in Mexico almost people eat a lot of food just in the arfternoon, but the most important meal it’s the brakefast. Also, specially young people, prefer eat hamburguers, pasta, french fries, chocolates, and junk food, that eat healthy food as vegetables, fish, fruits, etc. Nowadays fatty food is trendy, but in the future (aproximatly 10 year or less), is going to be a really really health problem. Also the exercise is being forgotten for almost all people. We prefer watch T.V, we don’t like go walking, but also, we have to remind that eating well and also do exercise it’s too important for being in shape. In addition, it has to be clear that people who do exercise, have to eat around 3 or 4 hours before to do exercice, if not the person can suffer a indigestion. And drinking water it’s essential for keeping alive.

    Well, in my own experience I think is better eating after doing exercise because if you do it before is possible that your endurance falls, we just have to take care about food portions because after the exercise we could feel hungrier and we could eat more than normal.

  15. I think it's very important an equilibrium between do exercise and eat helthy because not everybody need eat the same. The most important is you try to eat fruits and vegetables every day and less sugar and junk food. Also you can try cook the same vegetable or meat on a diferent way. By in the other hand it's essential you do exercise about 30 minuts five days at least

    I agree, we must to learn to eat healthy because it s very important to get a best quality of life
    Eating at exes may cause Overweight and obesity, this make that people increase the risk of diseases as hypertension, heart ailments, diabetes and arthritis. That’s the reason for eat healthy food and stop eat junk food.
    And for we can be healthy we should take a diet that includes all food groups, for example: six 6 servings of carbohydrates, 5 servings of fruits or vegetables, 2 servings of milk, 2 servings of protein, and 15 to 25 grams of fats and oils.
    Another important thing that we should do is drink 3 liters of water, and do exercise at least 30 minutes per day.

  19. in mexico do not have the habit of exercising and eating healthy foods , is a very small sector that makes most people are concerned about eating and whether it is healthy or not as long as food, and more with increasing 2% tax on food is that it is necessary that we need, as everyone says is best for your body to prevent degenerative and chronic diseases but in Mexico it is not the case

    Is very important to eat healty food, because in Puebla and every city of the Mexican Republic health problem too often, we all know the name of obesity and overweight.
    It´s know that most Poblanos have very poor eating habits, this is because we are accustomed to eat the famous Mexican disles, tacos, cemita, slippers, molot, boats, gorditas, tamales, etc.
    Ans our diet is based on these foods that are tasty but not very nutritious addition to it,s high fat content.
    The most important is you try to eat fruits and vegetables every day and less sugar and junk food.

    It is well known that the work out it`s better to practice in the morning, it`s important to keep hiydrated before during and after work out. once yo have already finished your work out you must eat healty, like cereal, proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates. it`s necessary to sleep eight hours at least.

    In my opinion, eating after exercise is not very good, because exercise requires energy and that energy comes from food for these reasons I recommend that before performing any physical activity the person eats healthy foods (fruits, vegetables, water, juice) in quantities suitable for their age, sex and exercise, these people besides having enough energy can prevent fainting caused by hypoglycemia. Today few people in your life combine exercise and healthy food, but I agree with my colleagues in saying that we should make an effort to change those bad eating habits and thus ensure good health

    I thing the lifestyle chang cause the people live more sedentary lifestyle.
    The people spends so much time in their jobs that they don´t have any time to prepare their own foods so they have to eat fattier fast food like pizza, hamburguerss and processed foods rich with sugar because it available any moment.

  25. I THINK THAT EVERYBODY NEED A GOOD EXERCISE AND CORRECT DIET. IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THAT PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IS THE BEST FOR WE HAVE HEALT.     I agree with Victor because you can’t do exercise if you feel full, I think you can’t eat something really light or a little snack, because if you eat a lot before doing exercise all your blood is going to be in your bowel and not in your muscles where it has to be

    I agree in the idea that we must practice exercise everyday. Around 30 minutes is very easy if we think about the healthy problems.

    I think is better eating after doing exercise if you eat before you can’t do exercise because you feel full.

  31. Hello my friends well, i think excercise is very important for the life. Overweight is one of the most serious problem in this country, so we have to do more excercise at day.
    We have to change our diet, and eat more vegetables, fruits, salads, etc.

    I agree, we must learn to eat the ideal, as it is very important to gain a better quality of life, overeating can cause overweight and obesity, this leads to increased risk of heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, giving result in metabolic syndrome, therefore for us to be healthy we must take a diet including all food groups: carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables, proteins, fats and oils, this exercise supplemented by at least 30 continuous minutes for day.
