In the community of Yohualichan, Puebla, when performing a special celebration to serve a dish that name Pipian, but is very different from that normally know, this dish has the particularity that is made with sesame, green serrano chile and tomato in the ground metate and chicken broth has a very watery consistency, but has a smell and taste delicious, though a bit spicy. In the summer I went to Cuetzalan and I ate a bread it´s name is cockroach. The bread it´s small and crunchy, it´s hard, in taste it´s very sweet on the outside but inside is not as sweet and color it´s brown. I´m a cockroach addict because is delicious. In Puebla, the same bread it´s name campechana. Is very common the bread sell outside the church.
I've already eaten chicatanas only once. I ate it on July of the last year in a little town: San Pablito. The chicatanas are small ants with wings, reddish brown color.
The saucer that I ate was the chicatana prepared in stew. That stew is unique because has a special smell and taste; is similar to the pipian, brown color and a little spicy. I ate the stew toasty and with corn tortillas.
ONE YEAR AGO, I TRAVELED TO SAN LUIS POTOSI, AND ATE SNAKE WHIT MY FAMILY, IT’S STANGE AND DELICIOUS FOOD, PEOPLE COOKED SNAKE IN A SOUP WITH VEGETABLES, THE SNAKE MEAN HAVE FLAVOR TO FISH AND CHICKEN, I WANT TO EAT THIS MEAN, REALLY IS DELICIOUS.
The strangest thing I've eaten the famous maguey worms. Worms is an aspect of "worm", is wrinkled little ones. Are white except on the head and limbs are brown. Maguey worms are prepared fried until brown. I ate accompanied by guacamole, so know very rich. I can not describe the smell, because I do not perceive any. The taste of worms is very similar to potato chips. They are very rich and recommend. Realmete maguey worms exotic Mexican dish is a very rich and the reach of everyone.

The most exotic and rare I've eaten is meat snake. It tastes much like chicken. In appearance the meat has a very peculiar because it is white. I had the oportinadad eating, when I went to Sonora with my parents. And recommend them since it is delightful.
